Will the delivery time for my order be affected?

While we do provide our best-estimated delivery date for your order, some 3rd-party printers that fulfill orders from Artists on MoreFilter have been affected by local “Shelter in Place” ordinances resulting in longer production times. Additionally, all carriers have removed guaranteed delivery within a specific timeframe. For the most accurate information regarding deliveries to your area, we recommend checking with your local carriers and/or governments to see if deliveries may be restricted or disrupted, affecting the estimated delivery date for your order.

Can I get COVID-19 from a product bought on MoreFilter?

We care deeply about the health and safety of all customers and artists on MoreFilter, as well as their confidence in the safety of the products sold on MoreFilter. We are closely monitoring guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as the World Health Organization (WHO) around the spread of COVID-19:

Are there any special measures MoreFilter is taking to help prevent the community spread of COVID-19?

Yes. We are strongly encouraging all MoreFilter employees to work from home, canceled/postponed any work travel, and asked that MoreFilter employees self-quarantine for two weeks after any personal travel. We are also in contact with the companies that fulfill and ship orders placed on MoreFilter to ensure precautions are being taken to help prevent the potential spread of COVID-19.
